Attendance Trophies

Attendance trophies for school presentations, clubs and workplace recognition. Choose an award for consistent attendance or improvement, then check each product’s sizes and engraving options before ordering.

Planning your attendance awards

Set the award criteria and time period before choosing trophies. A school might recognise attendance across a term or academic year, while a club may use a season. If you also have an improvement award, define it separately so the engraving describes the achievement accurately.

Count recipients across classes, teams or departments, and decide whether you want the same design for everyone or different sizes for the main awards. Check the artwork and available sizes on each product page. For broader recognition, browse our achievement trophies.

Attendance trophy questions

What should an attendance trophy recognise?

It can mark a clearly defined attendance milestone, sustained commitment or improvement during a stated period. Choose wording that reflects your actual criteria rather than assuming every recipient has a perfect record.

Can I choose different sizes for different groups?

Some trophy designs offer several sizes. You could use one size for a term award and another for a year award, or keep sizes consistent across classes. Confirm the options and availability on the individual product page.

What should I put on an attendance trophy engraving plate?

Include the organisation or school, the award name, the period and the recipient’s name if space allows. For example, “Oak Class — Attendance Improvement — 2025/26”. Check names and dates carefully before placing your order.

Ordering your attendance awards

Prepare a recipient list, quantities and engraving wording together. Personalisation options vary by product. Choose your required date at checkout; if the presentation is close, contact Trophy HQ before ordering to discuss your deadline.
