All of our trophies, medals and awards can be personalised with names, dates, team details, event wording or a short message.

Personalisation options vary depending on the product and may include engraving on a plate, direct engraving, printed centres, domed centres, logos or colour printing. The available options and any additional charges will be shown on the product page.

Please check all names, dates and wording carefully before placing your order, as personalised items are made specifically for you. Where a proof is required, we will send this for approval before production begins.

Our current estimated production and delivery times are shown on each product page and at checkout. Please allow enough time for your order to be personalised, checked and dispatched before your event date.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may vary during busy periods or where an order requires a proof, artwork approval or specialist personalisation. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent where available. We recommend choosing a delivery date earlier than the date you actually need your awards, especially for events, presentations and ceremonies.
