Booby Prize Trophies

Booby prize trophies for quiz nights, club presentations and playful competitions. Mark a wooden-spoon finish, a memorable mishap or a light-hearted award with a trophy that suits the people receiving it.

Choosing a funny prize

Start with the tone of your event. A wooden spoon or bottom-prize design suits a last-place award; a novelty trophy can work for a group that enjoys a more cheeky joke. Check the wording and imagery on each design before choosing it for a workplace, school or family presentation.

Decide how many awards you need and whether the prize should be a small keepsake or a main presentation piece. Some designs offer different sizes, while others have a single option. Stock and personalisation vary by product, so confirm the available choices when ordering.

Booby prize trophy questions

How do I keep a booby prize light-hearted?

Choose an award that matches the recipient’s sense of humour and the setting. A wooden spoon can be gentler than a more pointed “loser” design. For a formal or mixed audience, keep the engraving playful without making it personal at someone’s expense.

What can I put on a funny trophy engraving plate?

Include the event, award and year, then add a name if space permits. For example, “Friday Quiz Night — Wooden Spoon — 2026”. Short wording is easier to read and leaves less room for spelling mistakes.

Can I choose matching prizes in different sizes?

Some trophy ranges offer several sizes. Check the size options on the product you prefer, and confirm availability before planning multiple awards from the same design.
