Recognition Trophies

Choose recognition trophies to thank someone for effort, service or a contribution to a school, club or organisation. A clearly worded award can mark the achievement and make the presentation personal.

Planning a recognition award

Decide what you want to recognise before choosing the trophy. Examples include a pupil’s progress, a volunteer’s support, a coach’s commitment or a team member’s contribution. Write a specific award title so the recipient knows why they are being thanked.

Check the current trophy product page for size, price and personalisation options. If several people will receive awards, prepare the names and quantities together so the wording stays consistent across the presentation.

Recognition trophy questions

What should I write on a recognition trophy?

Include the recipient, contribution and year where space allows. For example: “Thank You for Your Volunteer Support — 2026”. A shorter inscription may be clearer on a smaller award. Check the engraving options before ordering.

Can a recognition trophy be used outside sport?

Yes. Recognition awards can suit schools, workplaces, community groups and clubs when the wording explains the contribution. Check the product design to make sure it fits your presentation.

How do I order awards for a group?

List every recipient and confirm whether each award needs different wording. Check current availability and the total cost for your quantity before submitting the order.
