Should every swimmer receive a medal?
That depends on the event. You might award medals for places in each race, give participation medals to all swimmers, or combine both approaches. Decide your award plan first, especially if pupils enter several events.
What wording should go on a swimming medal?
Where personalisation is available, use a short gala or club name, event and year. For example, “School Gala — 50m Freestyle”. Check the available space on the chosen product before preparing swimmer names or results.

How long will my order take?
Please allow 3–5 working days for your order, although most orders are completed much sooner. You can select your required date at checkout, so our team knows exactly when you need your awards. We’ll always aim to have your order with you in plenty of time.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is free on orders over £100. DPD delivery is £7.99 and is our recommended option. Royal Mail delivery is £4.99, but can take a little longer.
