General FAQs
What types of trophies do you sell?
We sell sports and activity trophies, school and corporate awards, novelty prizes and glass awards. We also sell medals and ribbons. Check each product page for its current sizes, materials and personalisation options.
Can I customise my trophy?
Many trophies offer personalisation, such as text on an engraving plate or a choice of centre insert. Options vary by product. Check the individual product page to see what can be added, what it costs and how much wording will fit.
Do you offer trophies for all sports and activities?
We have trophies for many sports and activities, including football, rugby and school awards. Browse the trophy categories or search for your activity. If you cannot find a suitable design, contact us with the event and quantity you need.
How much does trophy engraving cost?
The cost depends on the product and personalisation method. Some awards include engraving; others show an additional charge when you choose your options on the product page. For a logo or a more detailed design, contact us for a quote before ordering.
Do your trophies come with free engraving?
Engraving is included on some products and charged separately on others. Check the personalisation choices and price on the product page before adding the award to your basket.
How do I choose the right size trophy?
Check the height or dimensions listed on each product page and compare them with where the trophy will be displayed. For winner and runner-up awards, different sizes can help distinguish the placings when a range offers them. Check the current size options before ordering.
Can I order a one-off trophy or do I need to buy in bulk?
Many products can be ordered individually. Check the quantity options on the product page. If you need a larger club, school or event order, contact us with the quantities and presentation date.
Do you sell medals and rosettes as well as trophies?
Yes. Browse our medals and ribbons and check the current product range for rosettes, plaques, shields and glass awards. Match each award type to the number of recipients and your presentation budget.
What materials are your trophies and awards made from?
Materials vary by award. The current range includes resin trophies, glass or crystal awards, metal cups and bamboo or wooden awards. Some designs combine more than one material. Check the individual product description for its material and finish; a silver-coloured trophy is not necessarily silver-plated.
Engraving FAQs
How do I add engraving to my trophy order?
Choose the award and any available size or personalisation options on its product page. Enter the exact engraving wording before adding it to your basket, then check names and dates at checkout. If the product does not show the option you need, contact us before ordering.
Can I see a proof of my engraved trophy before it's made?
Standard text orders may go into production without a separate proof. If you need an artwork proof for a logo, printed design or bespoke award, ask us before placing the order so we can confirm whether one is available. Check all names, dates and wording carefully when you submit them.
Is there a character limit for engraving?
It depends on the space available on the chosen award and the engraving method. Keep wording concise and check any limit shown on the product page. If you have a longer message, contact us with the product link and wording before ordering.
Can you engrave or print my logo on an award?
Selected awards can carry a logo by engraving or printing, depending on their material and the available personalisation area. Colour printing may be possible on suitable products. Send us the product link, quantity and your artwork through our contact page so we can confirm the method, file requirements and price.
How long does it take to engrave a trophy?
Production and dispatch time varies by product, quantity and personalisation. You can give a required date at checkout. If your event is soon, contact us before ordering so we can discuss what is possible for your chosen award.
What engraving and printing methods are available?
Personalisation depends on the award. Options may include an engraved plate, direct engraving on selected glass or metal awards, or printing on products that support colour artwork. Check the options and price on the individual product page. If you need a logo or a particular finish, contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is possible.
Delivery and Return FAQs
How long does delivery take?
Please allow around 3–5 working days for most orders. Timing varies by product, quantity and personalisation. You can give your required date at checkout. If your presentation is close, contact us before ordering so we can discuss the deadline.
Do you offer next day delivery?
Next-day delivery is not a standard option. It may occasionally be possible when a suitable product is available and there is enough time to prepare it. Contact us before ordering and wait for confirmation if you need an urgent date.
How much does delivery cost?
UK delivery is free on orders over £100. Other delivery charges depend on the option available for your order and are shown at checkout before you pay. If you are planning a large or urgent order, contact us to confirm the delivery arrangements.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently deliver within the UK only. If you have a delivery question for a particular address, contact us before placing an order.
What is your returns policy?
For an unwanted non-personalised item, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return; you normally pay the return postage. Personalised items have different conditions and generally cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect. Read our Return Policy for the full process and exceptions. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
What should I do if my trophy arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will advise on the next step. See our Return Policy for details.

Yes. Browse our corporate awards for employee recognition, events and business presentations. Check each product for current materials, sizes and personalisation options.
Can you create a bespoke award design?
Tell us the quantity, budget, artwork and date you need the awards. We can review the brief and confirm which customisation or bespoke options are feasible, along with a quote. Contact Trophy HQ before ordering.
Do you offer branding or logo engraving for corporate awards?
Logo engraving or colour printing may be available on selected corporate awards. The method depends on the material and the space available. Send us the product link and your artwork so we can confirm the best option, cost and lead time.
What file format do I need to supply for a logo?
A vector file such as AI, EPS or PDF is useful for many engraving and printing jobs. A high-resolution PNG may work for some designs. Send us the artwork you have and we will confirm whether it is suitable for the chosen product and method.
Trophy Buying Tips
What’s the best trophy for a football tournament?
Start with the awards list: team winners, runners-up and any individual prizes. A larger cup can mark the main result, while smaller football trophies or football medals may suit players. Compare the current designs, sizes and personalisation options before choosing.
How can I make sure I’ve chosen the right trophy?
Check the current product photos, dimensions, material, size choices and personalisation details. Match the design to the event, list every recipient and confirm the total quantity. If your deadline is close or you need a coordinated set, contact us before ordering.
Are your trophies made in the UK?
Our range comes from different suppliers, so the country of manufacture varies by product. Some awards are made in the UK, and personalisation is handled in-house where offered. If UK manufacture matters for your order, contact us with the product link so we can check that item.
Can I visit your store to view products in person?
Trophy HQ operates online. Please contact us before planning a visit or collection so we can confirm the current arrangements for the products you want to see.
How do I care for a silver- or nickel-plated trophy cup?
Dust the cup with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth and store it somewhere dry. For fingerprints, try a lightly damp cloth and dry the surface straight away. Avoid abrasive pads, household cleaners and soaking the cup, particularly if it has a separate base or engraving plate.
Silver plate can tarnish, while nickel plate and lacquered finishes may need different care. Before using any metal polish, check the instructions for that particular cup or ask us which cleaner is suitable. Polishing the wrong finish can damage the surface.
