Winner Medals

Winner medals for first-place awards

Celebrate a competition winner with a medal they can take home. Winner medals suit school events, club finals and tournaments where you want a clear first-place prize for an individual or every member of a winning team.

Planning your winner medals

List each competition, division and age group that needs a winner’s award. For a team event, count every player or member who should receive a medal, including any substitutes you want to recognise. This gives you the total quantity before you order.

Review the current medal design and product options before deciding on ribbons or personalisation. Details vary by product, so check the individual page rather than assuming a ribbon, engraving or a particular finish is included.

Winner medal questions

When should I choose a winner medal?

A medal works well when each winner should receive their own award. It can also complement a trophy presented to the winning team or overall champion.

What should I put on a winner medal?

If the chosen medal can be personalised, keep the wording short: the competition, “Winner” and the year are usually enough. Add a recipient or team name only if the available space allows. Check spelling and results before submitting the order.

Can I pair medals with a trophy?

Yes. You can present one trophy for the main result and medals to individual winners. Browse our winner trophies to compare the current designs for your presentation.
