Bamboo Awards frequently asked questions
Do trophies and medals come with engraving?
Most trophies include an engraving plate for your wording, and most medals can be engraved on the reverse. Each product page will confirm what’s available.
Can I add a logo to trophies or medals?
If the trophy or medal has a centre holder (sometimes called a custom insert or button), you can upgrade to a custom centre featuring your club, school, company or event logo. Engraved logos are only supported on specific designs, which will be shown on the product page.
Will I receive a proof before engraving?
f your item is laser engraved or colour printed, a digital proof will be provided before production. Items with engraving plates only do not usually include a proof unless you request a specific layout.
Do trophies or medals include ribbons or boxes?
Most medals do not include ribbons or boxes unless stated. You can add ribbons and medal boxes as optional extras. Some trophy cups and glass awards include presentation boxes; resin and plastic trophies typically do not.
How long does engraving take?
Most orders are engraved and dispatched within a few working days. If you have a deadline, contact us and we’ll confirm what’s realistic.
Can I order just one trophy or medal?
Yes almost all designs can be ordered individually unless a minimum quantity is shown.
Can I have different engraving on each item?
Yes, you can have different wording on each trophy or medal, but at the moment each version needs to be added to your basket separately with its own engraving details. If you’re placing a larger order and would like some help, you’re very welcome to contact us and we can send you a file to help you through.

Sizes vary by design. Trophy heights and medal diameters are clearly shown on each product page.
