Engraving FAQs
You can add your engraving text directly on the product page. Simply enter your wording before adding the item to your basket.
In most cases, we do not send proofs for standard text engraving. If you’ve ordered a glass award or a bespoke item, we will send a proof for approval.Â
Yes, each product has a recommended character limit which is shown on the page. This ensures your text fits neatly on the engraving plate.
Yes, we can engrave or print logos on selected products, including glass awards. Please contact us for a quote and artwork guidelines.
Most engraved trophies are dispatched within a few working days. If you need your order urgently, just let us know – we offer express production.
Delivery and Return FAQs
Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery is available if you need your trophies sooner.
Not at the moment but sometimes if we have the product in stock it will arrive the next day. Contact us before ordering to check availability.
Delivery charges depend on your order value and delivery method. Free shipping may be available for larger orders – see our delivery page for full details.
At the moment, we only deliver within the UK.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for non-personalised items. Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect.
Contact us straight away with your order number and photos – we’ll fix it as quickly as possible.

For best results, we prefer vector files (like .ai, .eps, or .pdf) or high-resolution PNGs with transparent backgrounds.

We stock a wide range of trophies from trusted UK suppliers, and many of our personalised gifts and awards are finished in-house. Some awards especially Nickel and Silver Plated items are made in the UK.Â
