We are unable to engrave photos of objects, such as people or detailed images. For these types of designs, please select a glass award that can be colour printed instead. This ensures the best possible result for your personalised product.

If the artwork provided isn’t suitable for engraving, we may need to apply a one-time re-drawing fee to ensure the best quality for your product. Don’t worry – our team will always contact you via phone or email to discuss this before proceeding.
